Refund & Return Policy
At Seduction Perfumes, every order is prepared with intention and care. Due to the personal nature of fragrance products, we maintain strict return standards to protect the integrity of our customers and our House.
Please review the policy below before purchasing.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and unopened
- The original cellophane wrapping must remain intact
- The product must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
For hygiene and quality control reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used fragrances.
Once a fragrance has been opened, it cannot be resold.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include your order number
- Include clear photos of the packaging and product
If approved, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.
Final Sale Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Promotional sale items (40%, 30%, or private access pricing)
- Limited edition releases
- Gift cards
All final sale items are clearly marked at checkout.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
